Dignity in Old Age is a Human Right

There is no pain greater than the combination of old age, sickness, and hunger. Bari Charity Foundation Inc recently met Zainab Bibi, an 80-year-old widow living alone. Her hands shake when she tries to cook the little rice she has left. Her eyes, clouded by cataracts, still look at the door, hoping someone will help.

We believe that those who spent their youth building our world should not spend their old age begging for a piece of bread.
